Halstead brokers win REBNY Deal of the Year

Halstead Property took the Real Estate Board of New York's Deal of the Year award for the third straight year, as West Side agents Dean Feldman and Edith K. Meyer received the award. They beat out such nominees as Wendy Maitland, a senior vice president at Brown Harris Stevens, and Armin Allen of the Edward Lee Cave.

A Halstead Brooklyn agent, Linda VanderWoude, received a second-place award.

Halstead president Diane M. Ramirez earned the Henry Forster Award for outstanding achievement. Feldman also won the top award in 1997. Dominique Troiano, a REBNY spokeswoman, said details of the winning brokers' deals were not disclosed.
