Having grown up in a family of real estate professionals in the New York City area, Wendi Black Strier knows first-hand what a kinetic, ever-changing town it is, and that allows her the insight to tap into the pace of the city. As a sales associate with Halstead Property, LLC she feels it is her greatest satisfaction when her clients are pleased with the positive results they achieve together.
Wendi is proud to be working with Halstead Property. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a graduate of the University of Hartford with an undergraduate degree in English, and a graduate degree from Pace University in Print and Electronic Publishing. Prior to real estate, she worked in the communications and customer relations fields thus she is open-minded and flexible, and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
Knowing how involved and demanding real estate transactions can be, Wendi works honestly and openly to ensure the process is as effortless as possible for her clients. She realizes everyone has their own unique needs, much in the way every property has its own individual characteristics. Thus, she is dedicated to listening and responding to her client’s wishes.
Wendi has resided in several Manhattan neighborhoods, and is now a long-time resident of the upper west side along with her husband and two children. She has a background with diverse interests that span everything from the arts, literature and entertainment to the outdoors, and technology. Wendi believes that knowledge is power and is constantly in search of new ideas and ways to broaden her knowledge base.
