It is only natural that Tina Silver Lieberman would pursue a career in real estate as her father was a prominent developer and her mother was a building contractor. She has been a successful licensed Associate Broker with Halstead Property, LLC for the past 17 years specializing in the sales of coop and condo apartments on the Upper Westside of Manhattan.
Over the years she has won many awards including Halstead's Producers and Gold Circle Councils. Because of her excellent organizational skills she was also asked to speak at the Westside Realty Organization's seminar on organization in the workplace.
In addition to her many sales she has also gotten involved in development in the city. She is one third sponsor at 139 West 82nd Street. She also converted a brownstone at 157 West 74th Street into condominium apartments in 2005. That building was a total gut rehabilitation. Because of her involvement with investing in real estate she has extensive knowledge of renovations and tenant relations. Currently she is living in Tenafly, New Jersey with her husband Mitchell and her sons Jason & Matthew.
