Susan's entire career has been focused on real estate. She began in 1984 assisting real estate developers in Greenwich Village. Over time, her varied experience has included preparing investment properties for leasing purposes, working in both the residential and commercial sides of the business, and managing buildings. Having developed a portfolio of sales reaching into the multimillions, she has garnered numerous industry honors, including a Halstead Platinum Circle membership and 3rd place in the prestigious Deal of the Year competition sponsored by the Real Estate Board of New York.

Even Susan's personal life contributes to her real estate expertise. She owns homes in both Greenwich Village and the Hamptons. She has also served on Co-op Boards, and her insider's knowledge has resulted in only one board turndown in 25 years! She is a dog owner and can effectively steer buyers towards pet friendly buildings. Finally, her twin passions for city gardening and interior decorating have led her to explore a broad range of neighborhoods in Manhattan.
