Experience: A veteran sales and rental agent since 1990, Pasquale started in Greenwich Village then, four years later, ventured on to the rest of Manhattan and is now a very popular and respected name in the sales and rental industry. His focus started with residential sales, rentals and small building management. Over the years, Pasquale has made many clients from European law firms as well as Diplomats; namely The Delegation of the European Commission to the United Nations (written references available upon request), and The Permanent Missions of the (FY) Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Italy and Germany to the United Nations. He was also successful in having secured accommodations for the President of the 62nd Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations and the Ambassador/ First Committee, Security Council Reform. Pasquale is a trusted recipient of referrals from The Division for International Business Affairs for The Office of the Mayor of the City of New York.

Personality and insight: Pasquale is a 4th Generation Italian American, enjoys playing bass guitar since the age of 13, and is a Manhattan resident for over 20 years. His love for travel includes regular visits to Scotland, Italy, Belgium and Paris. Born and raised in Ozone Park, Queens, Pasquale's love for the Manhattan skyline began at the age of 7 when driving with his parents over the Queens Borough Bridge to see his Dad perform live in an Oldies Doo-Wop ensemble called The Five Discs. During the summer of '82, Pasquale got his first car and took a summer job with a family friends' Business Brokerage Business as a desk clerk. One day a buyer walked in asking for a particular business, no one else was in the office and since Pasquale knew the files, he pitched one and the buyer bought. He didn't get to work the transaction himself as he was not of age just yet, but this is when his love for assisting buyers and sellers began. Since he began in 1990, Pasquale has not stopped enjoying his work and he is thankful for the ability to live in such a great city and to enjoy the first loves of his childhood.
