Since every individual has a rainbow of preferences, this allows Neena to truly enjoy real estate and cater to her customers wishes for the perfect home. With a great eye for detail and ability to work with challenges without losing focus, she is able to help people with honest feedback. It is highly imperative for her customers to know that she can be contacted at any time to answer questions and they should be comfortable doing that.
Neena comes from both a creative and business background. In May of 2005, she completed an MBA in Media Management with a focus on film production. She was inspired to learn about the business side after receiving a Certificate in Film Production from New York University. For many years, Neena has also worked in the performing arts as a professional dance choreographer and actress. She started her own dance school and brought her students to many competitions, charity shows and big-scale events in the tri-state area. As a proud member of the Screen Actor's Guild, Neena has starred in various independent films and television shows. Along with real estate, her creative pursuits will always be something she loves and will continue to do since she believes that life should be balanced.
“I believe that happiness and customer satisfaction comes from a balance of many things. If I am working with a buyer, they should live in a home that balances their need for work, play, school, entertainment and relaxation. If I am working with a seller, the same balance rule applies. We will sit down and talk about what their needs are to determine the best options for them”.
In her spare time, Neena loves to travel, go swimming, biking, and watching films.
