Marie speaks Spanish fluently and understands some French, Italian and German. In her earlier years, while studying at New York University, she worked in the Personnel Department of their Medical Center and then as a research assistant to the business editor at Newsweek Magazine.
In her spare time Marie enjoys her extended family and worships the sun by sailing, swimming and traveling to distant shores.
