A transplanted New Yorker, Linda VanderWoude has been involved in residential and investment real estate for the last six years. As an Associate Broker with Halstead, Linda has specialized in Brooklyn properties.
Prior to establishing a Real Estate career, Linda worked for many years in the publishing field. While working in publishing, Linda learned and developed a wealth of skills that transferred well into Real Estate. Organization, customer relations, and project follow-thru are some examples of her many skills.
Real Estate has introduced Linda to a wide variety of people and opportunities. She has developed a good understanding of the process of buying, selling and renting properties. Linda has completed sale transactions for co-ops, condominiums, townhouses and investment properties.
