Leo earned his Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University and his Masters Degree in Human Resources at the New School for Social Research (Graduate School of Management). He worked for 15 years as a Human Resources professional in various industries including Banking and Entertainment. With his passion for engaging people and his patience, he has bridged the contacts he has made while living in New York City during the past 17 years with the possibilities that lie in the Real Estate capital of the world.
Strong research skills and work ethic coupled with a keen ability to listen has allowed Leo to fine tune his talent for identifying opportunities in the New Development (condos) and Townhouse markets in Harlem and other Manhattan neighborhoods. Leo spent the last five years of his HR career working in the luxury retail business and understands that what separates success from failure is not always the product being offered, but rather the level of service which the client/customer feels they are receiving.
