

Liz Beinfield Falsey, with Halstead Property Wheeler, has logged over 20 years of experience in real estate, with extensive knowledge of Rowayton, Connecticut, the town she has called home for 25 years. She has earned a reputation among her colleagues and clients as the “Rowayton expert.”
In 1986, Liz sold her first house in just four days, showing her ability and passion to sell. Since her first sale, Liz has consistently been a leading broker. In 2008, she was Wheeler's top selling broker with more than $22 million in sales.
Liz works tirelessly to show her clients homes that fit their budget and lifestyle. Her personality and proven work ethic have helped to grow her considerable client base. Liz's sharp sense of the market and savvy business acumen means that both buyers and sellers consistently seek her advice on their properties. Liz matches enthusiasm with competence, ever mindful of her client's needs, fitting the right buyer with the right home. In the process she is direct, kind, and honest.
During the course of her career, Liz has also worked in the interior design and art worlds. She owned a flower business and an art gallery in Westport. She was responsible for the launch and management of the Elizabeth Eakins Cotton Inc. cotton rug division. Liz also founded Paper Scissors Oranges, a popular art studio for children in Darien, Connecticut.
Extremely active in her community, Liz works with area public schools and was voted Best Volunteer for the entire Norwalk School System. She is a member of the Darien Board of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Liz is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder and the New York School for Interior Design. She is proud to reside in Rowayton with her family.
