Kathleen Moosher has been a Manhattan real estate professional for over 24 years.
Kathleen began her real estate career in 1984 where she played a key role in building conversions and supervised over 3700 cooperative apartment closings at Lincoln Towers on Manhattan's Upper West Side. She joined Halstead Property LLC in 1996 as a residential real estate broker and has since transacted over $150 million dollars in single-transaction residential sales. At Halstead, Kathleen was named a Vice President in 1999, Senior Vice President in 2001 and was one of the first 16 of 605 agents honored with Halstead's newest title, Executive Vice President, in 2007.
Kathleen achievements include consistent membership in Halstead's Gold and Platinum Circles and Halstead's Producers Council, placing her among the firm's top brokers. She was the winner of the Gross Highest Commission award in 1998, two short years after joining the firm.
In addition to Kathleen's sales achievements she has served on Halstead's Pro-Action Committee and has been invited on several occasions as a guest speaker at Halstead's “Boot Camp Training” sessions for new agents. Kathleen's real estate advice has also been sought by real estate developers for advice on planning, acquisition and the marketing of new and conversion development projects. Kathleen also serves in the capacity of Broker Specialist for a prestigious luxury condominium on Central Park West where she is often consulted by board members for her expertise on current real estate market conditions.
Kathleen is well versed in all types of property sales including cooperatives, ultra-luxury condominiums, lofts and single-family townhouses. She has transacted business in several prestigious buildings including residences on Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, Central Park West, West End Avenue and Riverside Drive. Having sold property in Manhattan from Harlem to the Village, and from East End Avenue to Riverside Drive, Kathleen has a broad perspective on all facets of the New York real estate market.
Kathleen has lived with her husband and children on the Upper West Side since 1987.
