Upon entering real estate, Ivana Tagliamonte immediately made her mark as a top producer. Nominated as REBNY's Rookie of the Year/Most Promising Broker and recognized as a Top Broker by The Real Deal Magazine, she's since continued setting the pace as a volume sales leader in her Halstead Village office. Her impressive track record is complemented by her ability to serve both domestic and international clients as a Certified Senior Relocation Agent. Also a building specialist at the Foundry Coop, Ivana has set many sales records as far as price per square foot.
Yet besides her accomplishments “on paper,” Ivana wins constant honors from her buyers and sellers. What most sets Ivana apart are her energy, enthusiasm, commitment to her clientele's needs, and ability to facilitate that perfect match between wonderful people and properties. Her warm, easygoing style combines with her integrity and market knowledge to make her not only a highly sought after residential specialist, but a highly appreciated one as well.
Prior to joining Halstead, she served as the director of marketing and as sales associate for an award-winning real estate team in Washington, D.C. A George Washington University graduate, she earned a degree in Environmental Science and previously worked in environmental management consulting for the Environmental Protection Agency's Superfund Redevelopment Initiatives.
Originally from the scenic islands of Ponza and Ischia in Italy, she is a now a proud Gramercy coop owner, who thrives on all that Manhattan has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and traveling.
