Felicia has been with Halstead for fourteen years, is a Senior Vice President and a member of the 'Producers Council & Platinum Circle', a select group of leading brokers. She has an exceptional reputation for connecting the right purchasers with the right properties and negotiating every transaction smoothly and swiftly. With extensive knowledge and experience, Felicia listens carefully to understand and fulfill the needs of her buyers and sellers.
Her career has also included forging strong ties with developers. She has been the exclusive agent on many successful development projects, such as: The Captain Rose House, Coppersmiths Landing, Seaport Mews, Beekman Landing, 14-16 South William Street; Toll Brothers first Manhattan condominium; 110 Third and is currently representing Hamilton Lofts.
As a child she lived all over the world and has nurtured long term relationships with many international clients, customers and investors. Today she is happy to call New York home. Beginning her real estate journey in a large SoHo loft, she has subsequently purchased a number of properties from the Financial District to her current residence; a Historic landmark townhouse in the Sugar Hill section of Harlem. Combining her design background, real estate skills and sense of adventure, she has developed a sweeping familiarity with the city and has sold property throughout Manhattan.
After studying fine art and earning her bachelors degree in Interior Design, a field she worked in for a few years, she established her own successful ceramics business. Commercially, she sold to clients including; Barneys, Henri Bendel, The Guggenheim Museum Shop, The Philadelphia Museum Shop, Storm King and has exhibited her ceramics in galleries in New York and worldwide. With her artistic and interior design background, she has the training and ability to stage properties when necessary.
Personally, Felicia has raised two wonderful children in New York and is familiar with every neighborhood and family resource city wide.
