David Rose comes to Halstead Property after a successful career in men's fashion. He held management positions with the largest international companies as well as having founded his own businesses where he established himself as one of the industry's leading innovators. One of his companies became a multi-million dollar business within a few short years as a result of his design and sales direction and his products were sold to every major retail account in the country.
As a New York City resident for thirty years, David possesses a natural real estate market intellect for the New York City area. His unique sales approach instills a sense of confidence and trust with sellers and his genuine interest in finding the right property for buyers reassures their confidence of finding the perfect place to live.
Before moving to New York City, he resided in Boston, San Francisco, Toronto and London, England. He is an accomplished jazz trumpet player and race car driver. As a former Formula Ford and Formula Atlantic Champion, David has learned what it takes to become a winner. He has raced a vintage Formula 1 and will compete this year in a Porsche 911.
