Catherine has made Real Estate her full time career since 1996 and comes to Halstead with almost 50,000,000 in successfully closed transactions. She is a member of both the Real Estate Board of New York and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. “I love being a realtor,” says Catherine, “there is nothing more gratifying to me than handing someone the keys to their new residence. It allows me to contribute to people's lives in a very personal way. Assisting people in finding the perfect place to call home is both an honor and a privilege and I cannot imagine many careers that could be more rewarding. I take care of my clients needs with thorough listening, collective consulting, artful negotiating and proactive service. Almost all of my business comes through personal referrals which is how I gage my success in the industry”.
Catherine's sales over the last twelve years have been a near even split between Sellers and Buyers. This allows her to be sensitive to both sides of the real estate experience. Her knowledge and attention to detail combined with Halstead's award winning marketing strategies and web presence creates a powerful force behind the people with whom she works.
Catherine attended Rutgers University, Cook College and holds a NJ Teachers Certification in Professional Occupational Education where she was formerly a teacher of Adult and Secondary Education. “I guess the former educator in me is still alive and well. Assisting clients who are about to sell or purchase for the first time is truly my forte. I enjoy explaining the real estate process to them. It really does put people's minds at ease when some one takes the time to simplify the information about the real estate transaction.
