Last month, Halstead Property hosted their Semi- Annual event to recognize and award the top performing sales and rental agents for the first half of 2008. Held at the Ziegfeld Theatre, Halstead welcomed more than 600 agents, executives and staff to the mid-day event. The awards at the event included:

The highest grossing sales in Manhattan award was presented to Jill Sloane. In addition, Sloane received the second place award for the greatest number of closed sales and was also announced as a new member of the Diamond Club, which represents individual transactions in excess of $10 million. The second place award for highest grossing sales was presented to Eloise Johnson, and the third place was presented to Dean Feldman.

Halstead also recognized the highest gross sales in Brooklyn, Riverdale and Hudson Valley. Linda VanderWoude won for Brooklyn, Daniel Wright for Riverdale and Chris Pomeroy received the award for Hudson Valley.

Highest gross sales for development marketing was presented to Sue Kim and Suzette Meshulam.

Highest number of sales deals closed for development marketing was awarded to Eugene Cordano. For highest rental commission, the first place winner was Denise Rosner; second place to Jyll Chertoff and third place to Rona Mann.
The agent that received the first place for the highest number of sales deals closed was Pat Publik; Jill Sloane received second place and third place was presented to Louise Phillips Forbes.

For highest number of rental deals closed, first place was presented to Michael Bergen, second place to Senad Ahmetovic and third place to Antonio Hamimi.
The final award presented was to the agent that had sold the highest number of listings, which was presented to Pat Publik.
